Karen joined M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency in September of 2017. She is a highly experienced sales executive with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry, particularly as it relates to the the grocery industry. Her grocery clientele seek out her knowledge and leadership in supermarket risk management and loss control, property & casualty insurance, customer service, negotiation and sales.
Building solid business relationships by offering pro-active risk control solutions to reduce exposure to loss and finding reputable insurance carriers that provide excellent service to their insureds and competitive premiums is her goal. Karen’s passion is servicing her clients, ergonomics, providing behavioral modification training & techniques, LTA, and implementing progressive formal IIPP’s.
Karen partners with her clients to reduce work-related injuries and workplace hazards, building employee morale, reducing work related injuries and insurance costs. She is adamant about maintaining good communication with her clients to make certain that they are adequately insured and their exposures to loss have not changed.
