Michael is a California State University, Fresno, alumni with a degree in Political Science. He founded M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1974 and has 48+ years of experience in all lines of insurance.

Michael began his insurance career at Travelers Insurance as an underwriter. His insurance expertise is in Workers Compensation, Agriculture, Social Services and various others.

Michael is married to wife, Andrea. He is a major non-profit supporter; especially the ASPCA. Michael’s passions include: reading, raising thoroughbred horses, golfing, Fresno State Bulldog Athletics, and his two Yorkie’s, BoBo & Molly.
